PER-K training modules include; Leadership, Peak Sales Performance, Effective Communications, Team Building, Turning Stress Into Success, The Seven Habits, and Health and Wellness.
Training modules include key beliefs that are associated with exceptional performance in each area of experience. These beliefs are essential to unlocking the true potential of each individual in your organization. Remember, organizations don't change until people change!
Day One
1. Participants are given basic information about how PER-K works, which includes an overview of left-brain, right-brain and whole-brain thinking.
2. Step-by-step instructions are given on how to identify limiting beliefs by making direct contact with the subconscious mind.
3. Participants then learn two techniques that easily change these self-defeating beliefs into self-empowering ones. The techniques are called "balances" because they create a balanced communication between both sides of the brain.
Note: Participants completing Day One training of any PER-K module do not need to repeat it in subsequent modules. Additional modules are one day experiences, or if desired, may be customized or sequenced with other modules to create a training of two or more days.
Day Two
This is a day of personal breakthroughs as participants are empowered to change long-standing limitations into new possibilities.
1. The day begins by practicing the change techniques and making belief changes in key areas of performance.
2. Participants learn how to create their own belief statements. This method for creating a personalized belief statement has proven to be very powerful in the enhancement of personal performance.
3. Practicing the change techniques and integrating the new material is structured into the remaining hours. The participants continue to move through and repattern the beliefs that will determine their actions and results.
